Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The Magistrates Court may, by order, amend an order of, or certificate issued out of, the court to correct a clerical mistake or error arising from an accidental slip or omission in the order or certificate.
(2) An order under subregulation (1) may be made at any time on application by a party to the proceeding or on the Magistrates Court's own initiative.
(3) Regulation 61 (Simple amendment) and regulation 62 (Method of amendment of fresh document) do not apply in relation to an amendment made under subregulation (1).
