Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If admissions are made by a party to a proceeding, the Magistrates Court may, on the application of another party, make an order to which the applicant is, in the court's opinion, entitled on the admissions.
(2) The Magistrates Court may exercise its powers under subregulation (1) even though other questions in the proceeding have not been decided.
