Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The Magistrates Court may, at any stage of a proceeding, order a party to produce to the court a document in his or her possession relating to a matter in question in the proceeding.
(2) On production of the document to the Magistrates Court, the court may deal with the document in the way the court considers just.
