REMAND CENTRES REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2000 NO 45) - REG 3

    Regulation 2 is omitted and the following regulation substituted:

“ 2     Definitions for regulations

    In these regulations:

"administrator"—see the Act, section 6.

"minister of religion" means a person who is registered under Part IV, Division 1 (Authorization of Ministers of Religion and other persons as celebrants) of the Marriage Act 1961 (Cwlth).

"the Act" means the Remand Centres Act 1976 .”.
