Insertion—

After regulation 30 insert the following regulation:

Review of decision

“30A. Application may be made to the Tribunal for a review of a decision of the Director under—

        (a)     paragraph 16 (a); or

        (b)     paragraph 17 (a).”.

Paragraph 30 (2) (a)—

Omit “Administrative Appeals” (second occurring).

Insertion—
