63     Devices that are prescribed traffic control devices—Act, dict, def prescribed traffic control device

The following things are prescribed traffic control devices:

        (a)     any traffic control device that has effect for the Australian Road Rules under the Australian Road Rules, rule 315;

        (b)     any traffic-related item that has effect for the Australian Road Rules under the Australian Road Rules, rule 319;

        (c)     any pay parking device, pay parking sign and parking meter hood;

        (d)     any device, plate, screen, words or anything else on or with anything mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
