ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2014 (NO 2) (NO 11 OF 2014) - REG 7

    (1A)     A driver who has used an approved e-payment method to pay for a parking space must not allow the driver's vehicle to remain parked in the parking space after the e-payment parking period for which parking in the space has been paid for ends.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
