Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A parking meter must be installed at the space to which it applies or, if a parking meter applies to 2 or more spaces, close to the spaces.
(2) The parking meter applying to a metered parking space must show or be capable of showing the fees fixed for the space under this division.
(3) A parking meter must clearly show, or be capable of clearly showing, whether the relevant parking fee for the parking of a vehicle in the metered parking space or spaces to which it applies has been paid.
(4) A multi-space parking meter must also identify each metered parking space by its number.
