Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If a parking permit or mobility parking scheme authority is cancelled under section 66, the person to whom the parking permit or mobility parking scheme authority was issued must return the permit or authority to the road transport authority as soon as practicable but not later than 21 days after the date of effect of the cancellation of the permit or authority.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
