Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) This part does not prevent the road transport authority or a parking authority from establishing and operating a metered parking scheme or ticket parking scheme on the same length of road, or in the same area, where it is operating a different metered parking scheme or ticket parking scheme.
(2) The road transport authority
or a parking authority is not entitled to recover the fee fixed for the
parking of a vehicle in a metered space or ticket parking area if any other
applicable parking fee has been paid for parking the vehicle in the space or
area.
