ROAD TRANSPORT (THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATION 2008 (NO 37 OF 2008) - REG 15

For the Act, section 67 (1), the following people (each of whom is a prescribed person ) are prescribed:

        (a)     each licensed insurer;

        (b)     the Territory;

        (c)     the Commonwealth.
