ROAD TRANSPORT (THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE) REGULATION 2008 (NO 37 OF 2008) - REG 2

Commencement

This regulation commences on the commencement of the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Act 2008 , section 3.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
