Regulation 102, definition of testing authority, paragraphs (b) and (c)

substitute

        (b)     the National Measurement Institute under the National Measurement Act 1960 (Cwlth); or

        (c)     an entity that is accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities to test laser speed measuring devices; or
