ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2006 (NO 2) (NO 60 OF 2006) - REG 4

Section 16 (3)

    (3)     The eligibility requirements for a learner motorcycle licence are that the person—

        (a)     is at least 16 years 9 months old; and

        (b)     has successfully completed—

              (i)     an approved road ready training course during the 2-year period before the day the person applies for the licence; and

              (ii)     an approved pre-learner rider training course during the 3-month period before the day the person applies for the licence.
