ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2007 (NO 1) (NO 32 OF 2007) - REG 6

    (2A)     If the licence held by the person authorises the person to drive a motor vehicle (other than a motor bike) with a GVM not over 3.5t, the person is also exempt from holding an Australian driver licence while driving, on a road or road related area (in the ACT), a motor vehicle (other than a public vehicle for hire or reward) that—

        (a)     has a GVM not over 4.5t; and

        (b)     is constructed or equipped to seat not more than 12 adults (including the driver).
