ROAD TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2009 (NO 1) (NO 6 OF 2009) - REG 9

New section 12 (7) and (8)

    (7)     The road transport authority may determine standards for subsection (1) (c).

    (8)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
