ROAD TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2010 (NO 2) (NO 7 OF 2010) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than the provisions mentioned in subsection (2)) commences on the day after its notification day.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     The following provisions commence on 7 April 2010:

        (a)     section 4;

        (b)     sections 7 to 13;

        (c)     section 15;

        (d)     sections 17 to 20;

        (e)     sections 22 to 30;

        (f)     section 32;

        (g)     section 39;

        (h)     schedule 1, amendment 1.1;

              (i)     schedule 1, amendments 1.11 and 1.12;

        (j)     schedule 1, amendment 1.16;

        (k)     schedule 1, amendments 1.21 and 1.22;

        (l)     schedule 1, amendments 1.24 to 1.26;

        (m)     schedule 1, amendment 1.47.
