ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2011 (NO 1) (NO 31 OF 2011) - REG 2

This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , section 126.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
