ROAD TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2017 (NO 1) (NO 14 OF 2017) - REG 2

    (1)     This regulation (other than sections 11, 15 and 19) commences on 1 July 2017.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     Sections 11, 15 and 19 commence on the commencement of the Road Transport Reform (Light Rail) Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 3.
