ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 14) - REG 10

Multi-combination vehicle licence (class MC licence)

Driver licence condition codes (NSW cl 28 (5))

(1)     The conditions imposed by the road transport authority on a driver licence (if any) must be indicated by a code shown on the licence.

(2)     The codes are set out in the table of driver licence condition codes.

The licence holder must drive only a motor vehicle fitted with automatic transmission.

If the licence holder is the driver of a motor vehicle of a kind for which a light rigid vehicle licence or driver licence of a higher class is required, the vehicle must be fitted with a synchromesh transmission or automatic transmission.

If the licence holder is the rider of a motorbike, it must be of restricted engine capacity as notified in writing by the road transport authority to the holder.

The licence holder must drive only a motor vehicle fitted with a breath alcohol interlock device.

The licence holder must wear corrective lenses at all times while driving.

The licence holder must drive only a motor vehicle fitted with driver aids, or modified, as notified in writing by the road transport authority to the holder.

The licence holder must comply with any condition of which the holder has been notified in writing by the road transport authority.

The licence holder must not drive a motor vehicle if the holder has a blood alcohol concentration of
0.02 g/100mL or more.
