Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If a driving instructor is using a motor vehicle for driver instruction or driver assessment, the instructor must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to display his or her certificate of accreditation.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) A driving instructor must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to produce his or her certificate of accreditation for inspection when required to do so by a police officer or authorised person.
