Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) An application under subsection 13B (1) of the Motor Traffic Act that had not been finally dealt with before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be an application under subregulation 105 (1) (Application procedure for accreditation).
(2) A requirement under subsection 13C of the Motor Traffic Act that has not been complied with before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be a requirement under subregulation 105 (2).
