Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The holder of a driver licence (other than a restricted licence) is eligible to apply to the road transport authority for the variation of the licence to include an additional class if the person satisfies the eligibility requirements for the class.
