ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) AMENDMENT REGULATION 2006 (NO 1) (NO 32 OF 2006) - REG 3

This regulation amends the Road Transport (Public Passenger Services) Regulation 2002 .

Note     This regulation also amends the following legislation (see sch 1):

              •     Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2000

              •     Road Transport (General) Regulation 2000

              •     Road Transport (Offences) Regulation 2005

              •     Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000.
