ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2002 (2002 NO 3) - REG 128

Soliciting for taxi hirings prohibited

(ACT Taxi reg 24 (a), NSW Taxi cl 54)

A person must not solicit for passengers for, or for a hiring of, a taxi.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
