ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2002 (2002 NO 3) - REG 15

Holder of conditional accreditation to comply with conditions

The holder of an accreditation must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition to which the accreditation is subject.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
