ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2002 (2002 NO 3) - REG 57

(ACT Bus reg 31, NSW Bus cl 37)

A person must not, without reasonable excuse—

        (a)     interfere with equipment attached to or forming part of a bus; or

        (b)     block a bus door; or

        (c)     open a locked bus door; or

        (d)     open an unlocked bus door while the bus is moving; or

        (e)     interfere with an automatically operated bus door.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
