Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) For paragraph 17 (1) (c) of the Act, the road transport authority may delegate the authority's functions to issue permits under paragraph 100 (2) (g) (Parking permits) of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulations 2000 to the Secretary of the Commonwealth Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
(2) For paragraph 17 (1) (c) of the Act, the road transport authority may delegate the authority's functions under Chapter 3 (Registration process) of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 to a licensed dealer under the Sale of Motor Vehicles Act 1977 .
(3) Subregulation (2) and this subregulation expire on 1 March 2002.
