ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2001 (2001 NO 20) - REG 15

Period for service of certain infringement notices

An infringement notice for a camera-detected offence may only be served under the Act, section 36 (Service of infringement notices on responsible persons for vehicles) within 28 days after the day the offence was committed.
