ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2001 (2001 NO 20) - REG 6

Infringement notice penalties—Act, dict, def of infringement notice penalty, par (a)

The penalty payable by a person under an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence is the amount mentioned in schedule 1, column 5 of the item applying to the offence or, if there is more than 1 amount mentioned in the column, the amount applying to the person.
