ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATION 2005 (NO 11 OF 2005) - REG 16

Camera-detected offences—period for service of infringement notices—Act, s 36 (7)

An infringement notice for a camera-detected offence may only be served under the Act, section 36 (Service of infringement notices on responsible persons for vehicles) within 28 days after the day the offence was committed.
