ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2000 NO 28) - REG 3

Identifying particulars for vehicle for infringement notice offence involving a vehicle (MTR reg 26J)

    Regulation 12 is amended—

        (a)     by omitting paragraphs (1) (d) and (f); and

        (b)     by renumbering paragraphs (1) (e) and (g) as paragraphs (1) (d) and (e); and

        (c)     by omitting from subregulation (2) “, (d) or (e)” and substituting “or (d)”; and

        (d)     by omitting from subregulation (3) “(g)” and substituting “(e)”.
