ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (2000 NO 57) - REG 7

    The schedule, part 2, column 3 is amended—

        (a)     by omitting all the words from item 40 and substituting “proceed when traffic light red”; and

        (b)     by omitting all the words from item 41 and substituting “proceed when traffic arrow red”; and

        (c)     by omitting all the words from item 43 and substituting “not leave intersection safely after light/arrow goes yellow/red”.
