Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A notice given to a person under subsection 26AF (2) of the former Act that had not been finally dealt with before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be a notice given to the person under regulation 136 (Procedures for authority taking action in relation to approval of premises).
(2) A notice given to a person under subsection 26AK (2) of the former Act that had not been finally dealt with before the commencement is taken, after the commencement, to be a notice given to the person under regulation 136 (Procedures for authority taking action in relation to approval of premises).
