Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The nature of a right that a person had immediately before the commencement to an approved number under the former Act, the date when the right began, and the duration of the right, are not affected by the repeal of the former Act.
(2) For subregulation (1), the approved number is taken, after the commencement, to be a non-standard registration number.
