Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) If the registered operator of a registrable vehicle tells the road transport authority in writing about a change in a registrable vehicle's description or nominated configuration recorded in the registrable vehicles register, the authority must record the change in the register unless satisfied that the information is false.
(2) The road transport authority may require evidence, in a form acceptable to the authority, confirming that the change has happened.
