Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy on a road while it is attached to another vehicle.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy on a road must not permit it to be drawn by another vehicle.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy on a road if anyone travelling in or on it is completely or partly assisted in propelling it by means other than human power or gravity.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
