ROAD TRANSPORT (ROAD RULES) REGULATION 2017 (NO 43 OF 2017) - REG 302
Rider of animal on footpath or nature strip to give way to
pedestrian The rider of an animal must give way to any pedestrian on a
footpath or nature strip.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
