ROAD TRANSPORT (TAXI SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 5) - REG 40

Extra passengers (NSW Reg cl 38)

    A taxi driver must not allow someone to travel in the taxi without the hirer's agreement.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
