ROAD TRANSPORT (TAXI SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 5) - REG 7

Airconditioning (NSW Reg cl 7C)

    The operator of a taxi must ensure that the taxi is fitted with airconditioning that is fully operational and in good repair.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
