ROAD TRANSPORT (BUS SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 9) - REG 16

Driver to remain in bus (NSW Reg cl 19)

    A person who is driving a bus must not, without reasonable excuse, leave the driver's seat of the bus during a journey of the bus.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
