Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not eat or drink in a bus (or part of a bus) if eating and drinking is prohibited by signs displayed in the bus or part, except with the written permission of the bus operator.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) This regulation does not prohibit a person from eating or drinking in a bus for medical reasons.
