Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A bus driver, police officer or authorised person may direct a person not to get on, or to get off, a bus if the driver, police officer or authorised person believes on reasonable grounds that the person—
(a) is under the influence of alcohol or another drug; and
(b) is causing, or is likely to cause, a nuisance or annoyance to another passenger.
(2) A person must not fail to comply with a direction under this regulation.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
