ROAD TRANSPORT (HIRE VEHICLE SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 4) - REG 11
Condition of hire vehicles (NSW Reg cl 12)
The driver of a hire vehicle must not operate the vehicle as a
hire vehicle unless it is clean and tidy.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
