Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations Australian Capital Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The driver of a hire vehicle must not allow anyone to place or carry in the vehicle something that, because of its size or dimensions, cannot be carried in the vehicle without inconvenience to someone else.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to anything used by a person with a disability to alleviate the effect of the disability.
