ROAD TRANSPORT (HIRE VEHICLE SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2000 (2000 NO 4) - REG 19

Extra passengers (NSW Reg cl 17)

    The driver of a hire vehicle must not allow someone to travel in the vehicle without the hirer's agreement.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
