SUPREME COURT (REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES) REGULATIONS (NO. 14 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Supreme Court (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations.  
   2.      These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      (1) An acting Judge is entitled to remuneration at the rate of $1,500 per day for each day on which he or she performs the duties, or exercises the powers, of a Judge.
