        (a)     for order 80 (Criminal proceedings) generally—see order 80 rule 1; and

        (b)     for division 80.4 (Service in criminal proceedings)—see order 80 rule 4; and

        (c)     for division 80.6 (Bail)—see order 80 rule 14.
