Note The Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987 (Cwlth), s 34A (5), and the International War Crimes Tribunals Act 1995 (Cwlth), s 45 (2) provide for foreign orders (and amendments) to be registered in the Supreme Court of a State or Territory where the property (or part of the property) that is the subject of the order is situated. Registration is required by those provisions to be in accordance with the rules of court.
