Order 82     Procedure for registration of interstate forfeiture orders

1     Definitions for o 82

"Act "means the Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003 .

"interstate order "means any of the following, within the meaning of the Act:

        (a)     an interstate restraining order;

        (b)     an interstate automatic forfeiture decision;

        (c)     an interstate civil forfeiture order;

        (d)     an interstate conviction forfeiture order.

"register "means the register kept under rule 2.
